Return Policy

Product Returns and Refunds

If within 15 days a product does not meet your expectations, we apologize in advance and ask you to email Customer Service or complete the Contact Form below for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include the following information in your email:

1. Order Number

2. Product Description

3. Reason for return

One of our Customer Service members will reply back to you with the RMA and the address where to send the package. Products must have an RMA in order to be returned. They must also be unused and in the original packaging including accessories, manuals, documentation and registration. Please ship your return using insured and "Signature Required" delivery method. Baby Bassinet Store.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Customers returning undamaged and non-defective items will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the actual shipping costs for orders previously shipped for free. Understand that a refund will be provided minus a 15% restocking fee on all undamaged or non-defective returns.

All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return. Full refunds will be issued, minus our actual shipping costs.

Defective Products

If you are having trouble with your new product purchased from Baby Bassinet Store.com within the first 15 days of purchase, please email Customer Service immediately to report your defective product.

Missing and/or Wrong Order

If you received your order and are missing items or have received the wrong order, please contact us immediately using the Contact Form below.

Damage During Shipping

If your package was damaged during shipping, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately using the Contact Form below.

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately by email at orders@babybassinetstore.com if you need to cancel an order. We will be happy to cancel any unshipped orders. If your item has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including refused shipments, as well as a 15% restocking fee.

Sales Tax

Purchases shipped to California residents will be charged Sales Tax.
